The Compact Joystick module (CJ) can be connected onto any powerchair fitted with PGDT’s industry leading R-net system. In addition to offering proportional drive control, the module features 2 integral 3.5mm switch sockets. These can be used to provide a power ‘on/off’ function and access to system profiles and modes e.g. seating actuator control.

The CJ has a high degree of moisture ingress protection making it suitable for outdoor use. The joystick itself is the same as is used in standard R-net modules meaning that quality and robustness are assured. The standard shaft diameter allows a wide range of PGDT’s specialised joystick knobs to be fitted.

Simple configuration of specialist parameters e.g. ‘joystick throw’ and ‘joystick orientation’, via PGDT’s R-Net PC Programmer, provides a truly customisable, compact solution. In addition to this extensive functionality, the CJ module includes an integral LED, which presents invaluable status and diagnostic information to the user.
